Exciting Opportunity: Legal Secretary – VAF in Randburg

A leading company, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary – VAF to join their team in Randburg, Johannesburg. If you have a background in legal support within the VAF/Collections/Recoveries environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the legal team, ensuring efficient operation within the office.
  • Manage and organize legal documents, case files, and correspondence for asset recoveries and shortfall recoveries.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information with professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing legal documents, briefs, and pleadings as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for attorneys.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Matric qualification; further legal education or qualification is preferable.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within a VAF/Collections/Recoveries environment is essential.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; proficient in legal terminology and document formatting.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with legal software and document management systems is a plus.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
