Are you a motivated and enthusiastic professional seeking to expand your career? Fidelity Services Group is currently on the lookout for a dedicated Personal Assistant / Receptionist. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant environment in Bloemfontein.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the switchboard and delegate walk-in or phone-in clients to the appropriate departments.
  • Receive and handle calls promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Participate in self-development and assist in the development of others.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and operate independently as required.

Requirements

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Self-starter, team player, and adaptable to different situations.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
