Exciting Opportunity: HR Officer in Johannesburg

A leading company, Hlabahlosile, is on the lookout for an experienced HR Officer. If you are passionate about human resources and want to contribute to a dynamic team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage HR administration and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle full HR generalist functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees regarding HR-related issues.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Maintain HR databases and manage payroll systems (SAGE 300 People).

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric (Grade 12) along with a B Degree or National Diploma in HR.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of HR-related experience with thorough understanding of industrial relations.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a proven record of HR administration.
  • Competencies: Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.

(Note: Salary figures are based on market estimates for HR Officers in South Africa.)
