Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage HR administration and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle full HR generalist functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Requirements
- Qualification: Matric (Grade 12) along with a B Degree or National Diploma in HR.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of HR-related experience with thorough understanding of industrial relations.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, alongside a proven record of HR administration.
- Competencies: Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
💰 Salary Insight
