Exciting Opportunity: Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator at ReWorks Solutions

A leading company, ReWorks Solutions, is on the lookout for a dedicated Bookkeeper / Administrative Coordinator. This full-time role requires working US hours (9am-5pm EST) and is a fantastic chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic environment in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting tasks, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and trial balances.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and receipts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain robust filing systems for financial documents and reports.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in a bookkeeping or administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
  • Details: Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
