A leading company, Hire Overseas, is on the lookout for a passionate Virtual Assistant – Travel Concierge. If you excel at creating seamless travel experiences and delivering high-quality client service, this role offers a fantastic opportunity in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft personalized travel itineraries that align with client preferences and expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being the trusted expert for travelers before, during, and after their trips.
  • Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities that best suit client needs.
  • Handle all logistical details, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Manage client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in travel planning or related customer service roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unforeseen travel issues with a calm and resourceful approach.
  • Passion for Travel: A deep interest in exploring and recommending global destinations.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
