Ackermans, a prominent retail brand, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive. This is a pivotal role to provide critical support to the Chief Executive and marketing leadership team, ensuring sustained executive effectiveness and organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chief Executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency.
- Provide correspondence support by drafting, reviewing, and editing communications and reports for the Chief Executive.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Chief Executive and various stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and smooth information flow.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings, showcasing marketing strategies and key performance indicators.
- Monitor project deadlines and deliverables, proactively following up with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership, preferably in a marketing environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
