A leading company in the milling industry, Scholtz Partners International, is on the lookout for a dedicated Training Officer to support the development of a skilled, safety-conscious, high-performing workforce in Bloemfontein, Free State.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the workforce.
- Provide Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) training to enhance employees’ capabilities.
- Create and maintain training materials and documentation to support training initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and conduct follow-up assessments.
- Develop and implement training schedules and coordinate training sessions.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a training role, preferably in the manufacturing or milling industry.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with modern training techniques and tools.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
