A leading company in the administrative sector is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant/Virtual Assistant to join its dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing essential support to business operations in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, emails, and communications for various departments.
  • Handle client inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics as required by team members.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and assist in the management of office supplies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualifications in administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
