Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
- Provide health and safety training to employees and promote awareness on safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, compiling reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management to ensure continuous improvement of health and safety practices.
Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 is essential; relevant health and safety certifications are preferred.
- Experience: Proven track record in a health and safety role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant legislation and understanding of safety management systems.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
