A leading company in the cosmetics industry, Signature Cosmetics, is currently seeking a dedicated Demand/Retail Planner for a 6-month contract. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Edenvale, Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the demand and replenishment process within a retail environment to ensure optimal product availability across various stores.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Retail teams to align product availability with market demand and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce stockouts.
- Develop strategic plans for the allocation of products to stores and distribution centers, considering seasonal trends and special promotions.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in demand planning or retail planning roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex inventory challenges.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
