A leading company in the baking industry, Industrial Bakeware Company (Pty) Ltd, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Creditors Clerk for a three-month fixed-term contract in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and ensure accurate recording in the financial system.
- Verify supplier statements and reconcile accounts as needed.
- Assist in maintaining credit records and profiles of vendors.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in processing payments.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, or similar field preferred.
- Experience: Previous exposure to creditors’ functions would be advantageous.
