A leading company is seeking a dedicated Reception/Night Auditor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to excel in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless welcoming experience.
  • Guest Assistance: Address various requests from guests, offering support and information to enhance their stay.
  • Night Auditing: Perform auditing tasks during the night shift to ensure accuracy in financial and operational reporting.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions and room assignments to assist in smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hotel reception or customer service is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in hotel management software.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Traits: A friendly demeanor, reliable, and strong problem-solving abilities.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
