Exciting Opportunity: Office Manager / Personal Assistant to CEO in Pretoria

A leading company, Lmp Recruit, is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager / Personal Assistant to the CEO. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal role within a dynamic team in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering necessary documents and materials.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
