Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering necessary documents and materials.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Manager.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R45,000 per month.
