Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process export documentation accurately to ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Communicate with clients and freight forwarders to coordinate shipment schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of exports and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Verify shipping instructions and instructions from carriers to confirm accuracy.
- Assist in tracking shipments until they reach their final destination.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate; a degree or diploma in logistics or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience in export documentation or logistics.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and familiar with export software.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
