Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in providing optimal patient care by ensuring medications are prepared and dispensed accurately.
- Support the management of pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storage of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns regarding medications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and health regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with pharmacy practices and regulations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Registered as a Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant with the South African Pharmacy Council.
- Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in medication dispensing.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R22,000 per month.
