Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Fusion 360 software for programming CNC machines, ensuring precise and efficient fabrication.
- Work in collaboration with engineers and other team members to interpret design specifications and produce high-quality components.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance procedures in the fabrication environment.
Requirements
- Qualification: Trade Tested as a Fitter & Turner, Toolmaker, or Machinist.
- Experience: Proven experience in CNC programming, particularly with Fusion 360.
- Skills: Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Personality: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Familiarity with safety regulations in the fabrication industry.
