A leading company is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to team members. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to further their careers in Bojanala Platinum, North West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist in project management tasks by tracking timelines and deadlines.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant qualification in administration or similar field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a personal assistant or administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excellent time management skills.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R18,000 per month.
