Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process across multiple US locations, focusing primarily on clinical roles.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify their hiring needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet client specifications and company culture.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent in the healthcare sector.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on the hiring process to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Qualification: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or clinical hiring.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with recruitment software.
- Experience: Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Offer: R30,000 – R55,000 per month.
