Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across the Group.
- Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues and performance management.

Requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Human Resources or related field (Essential).
- Experience: 5-6 years’ proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations within South Africa.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R50,000 – R70,000 per month.
