Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare legal documents and correspondence for litigation cases.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all case-related documents.
- Schedule and manage appointments, court appearances, and hearings.
- Assist attorneys with preparing for trial, including gathering evidence and drafting briefs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Litigation Secretary.
- Skills: Proficiency in legal terminology, document drafting, and case management software.
- Education: Relevant qualification or certification in legal studies is a plus.
