Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support by effectively responding to customer inquiries regarding internet connectivity issues.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps to facilitate timely first-call resolutions.
- Log all customer interactions and technical issues to maintain accurate records and facilitate future support.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or departments for advanced troubleshooting.
- Assist in maintaining the knowledge base and customer support documentation for ongoing improvements.
Requirements

💰 Salary Insight
