Exciting Opportunity: Switchboard Operator in Durban

A leading company, Tsebo Solutions Group, is searching for a dedicated Switchboard Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, and provide top-notch communication services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the switchboard efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate call routing for internal and external communications.
  • Manage incoming calls professionally to guarantee a positive experience for callers.
  • Deliver messages accurately and promptly to relevant personnel within the organization.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Provide assistance to customers and clients, addressing their queries and directing them to the appropriate department.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a switchboard operator or in a customer service role is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with switchboard systems and basic computer skills.
  • Professionalism: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle calls gracefully.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R12,000 – R18,000 per month.
