Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales inquiries and provide support to customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Utilize computer software to assist in order processing and inventory management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote sales opportunities.
- Assist customers with technical queries, showcasing knowledge of electronics and electricity.
- Prepare sales reports and ensure all customer data is accurately entered into the system.
Requirements
- Education: Matric or equivalent qualification; additional sales qualifications will be advantageous.
