Exciting Opportunity: Remuneration (Payroll) Processor – VIP / NBCRFLI in East Rand
A leading company in the payroll processing sector, Job Masters, is seeking an experienced Remuneration (Payroll) Processor to join their dynamic team in East Rand, Gauteng. This role is critical for ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance across various allowances and shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Process moffat allowances, nightshift allowances, and dangerous goods payroll entries accurately on the Wage Keep & VIP Payroll system.
- Ensure all payroll submissions are authorized by the Manager by 10:00 am every Monday morning.
- Collaborate with the Outsource Payroll Manager to manage payroll discrepancies, particularly during short weeks.
- Maintain accurate records of employee payroll data, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in payroll processing and management, particularly with VIP Payroll systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify errors and discrepancies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
