Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers both in person and over the phone, providing excellent service and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Assisting with the preparation of sales quotations and processing orders accurately.
- Maintaining stock levels and assisting in inventory management to ensure product availability.
- Demonstrating product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Contributing to a clean and organized workshop environment, and being prepared to manage physically demanding tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Qualification: Matric certificate or equivalent; a diploma in Sales/Marketing will be advantageous.
- Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a counter sales or workshop environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation; ability to work well under pressure.
- Attributes: Must be adaptable, willing to learn, and have a passion for sales and customer interaction.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
