Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for clinical roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet specific hiring needs across multiple US locations.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure effective communication with candidates.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with US healthcare regulations and clinical roles is an advantage.
