Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of tunnel farming operations, ensuring optimal crop growth and health.
- Support in planning and executing planting schedules according to seasonal requirements.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage.
- Work closely with farm management to oversee labor operations and training of workers.
- Help in the implementation of pest and disease management strategies to protect crops.
- Assist in preparing reports on crop yields and overall farm performance.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant agricultural qualification preferred.
