Exciting Opportunity: Front Office Manager in Pretoria

A leading company is currently seeking a skilled Front Office Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage key guest experiences at a prestigious property in Pretoria, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the reception area to ensure a welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Oversee the reservations process, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of booking requests.
  • Coordinate all activities on the property, collaborating with various departments to maintain high standards of service.
  • Implement and enforce operational policies to enhance guest satisfaction and staff performance.
  • Monitor financial transactions and manage budgets related to front office operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant qualification in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in front office management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
