Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in the current technology stack.
- Act as a liaison between technology teams and staff, ensuring clear communication and understanding of IT resources.
- Assess training needs and develop tailored materials that align with departmental goals.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to meet diverse learning styles.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for staff as they adapt to new technologies and processes.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT training and development roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex IT concepts clearly.
- Proficient in training development tools and techniques, with a keen understanding of adult learning principles.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R240,000 – R336,000 per year.
