Key Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct driving lessons for new and experienced drivers to enhance their skills and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to improve driving abilities and foster safe driving practices.
- Prepare instructional materials and resources to support driving education, tailoring content to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Maintain records of students’ performance and ensure that all training activities comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- Certifications: Assessor/Facilitator certificate is preferred; must possess a valid Code 14 driver’s license.
- Experience: Previous experience in driver training or a related field is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R18,000 – R25,000 per month.
