Key Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medication and managing pharmaceutical stock.
- Ensure compliance with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) regulations and standards.
- Utilize Unisolv and other pharmacy management software for effective operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by advising customers on medication management and pharmaceutical products.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and assist in inventory management.
Requirements
- Qualification: Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification registered with the SAPC.
- Experience: Previous working experience in a pharmacy, particularly with Unisolv, is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
