A leading company, Farm Manager SA, is currently seeking a dedicated Payroll & HR Administrator. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Fort Beaufort, Eastern Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Administer HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and process changes in employment status.
- Ensure adherence to labour legislation, such as BCEA, LRA, COIDA, EE, and UIF.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant experience in Payroll Administration or Human Resource Functions.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a payroll or HR role, with a solid understanding of payroll software.
- Skills: Advanced computer literacy; familiarity with Sage payroll software is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and compliance issues.

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
