Exciting Opportunity: Key Account Manager in Cape Town

A leading company, Graylink, is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join their dynamic Customer Success team in Cape Town. This is a unique opportunity to focus on building long-term relationships with corporate and public-sector customers without a direct sales emphasis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Oversee account management processes, ensuring the timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for account growth and improvement.
  • Regularly assess customer feedback to implement best practices and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in account management or customer success roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with diverse client bases.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Mindset: A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R30,000 – R50,000 per month.
