A leading company, Stratogo, is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Clerk to join their team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This is a significant opportunity to enhance office operations and support a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations.
  • Manage key functions such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documents, and coordinating internal communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making processes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries while directing them to appropriate personnel or departments.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric Certificate or equivalent; additional administrative qualifications preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
