Exciting Opportunity: Bookkeeper and Project Administrator in Milnerton, Cape Town

A leading company, Time Personnel, is currently seeking an organized and proactive Bookkeeper and Project Administrator. This is a fantastic chance to join a dynamic team in Parklands North.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front-desk reception, welcoming clients and handling inquiries.
  • Maintain accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.
  • Assist in project administration, coordinating timelines and deadlines for various projects.
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking capabilities, managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve project goals.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and project administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
