Exciting Opportunity: Project Administrator – SAP HR & Payroll Implementation in South Africa

A leading company, Rosstone Consulting, is currently seeking a skilled Project Administrator for an exciting SAP HR & Payroll Implementation project. This is a great opportunity to be part of a pivotal role in ensuring the success of payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end management of SAP HR and payroll processes, ensuring alignment with company strategies.
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline organizational management and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee time tracking and payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and manage project timelines to meet objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to enhance payroll efficiency and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in Project Management, HR or similar.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in project administration, specifically with SAP HR and payroll systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP, and excellent communication capabilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll regulations and best practices within South Africa.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R26,000 per month.
