Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the Anti-Poaching Unit (APU) to ensure safety and security within the reserve.
- Collaborate with NGOs to develop security initiatives and participant programs.
- Recruit and train new APU team members as needed to enhance team capabilities.
- Prepare reports on security activities and incidents for management review.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks associated with wildlife protection and conservation efforts.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant security management or conservation qualifications.
- Experience: Proven experience in security management, preferably in a wildlife or conservation setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with wildlife laws and anti-poaching protocols.
💰 Salary Insight
