Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational health and wellness services in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSACT).
- Ensure adherence to the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA) and Health Professions Act.
- Conduct health assessments to evaluate employees’ fitness for work.
- Implement wellness programs aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles among staff.
- Maintain accurate health records in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant degree in Occupational Health or Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in occupational health or a related field.
