Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Nursing Manager, and Therapy Manager to streamline hospital operations.
- Manage a therapy team of more than 5 professionals, ensuring effective staff allocation and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and therapeutic services, focusing on Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Dietetics.
- Conduct regular assessments of hospital performance and implement improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards to promote a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, particularly managing therapy staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with various departments.
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive work environment and to navigate complex healthcare challenges.
💰 Salary Insight
Estimated Salary: R40,000 – R60,000 per month.
