Exciting Opportunity: Agile Personal Assistant in Gqeberha

A leading company, BDO, is currently seeking a proactive and organized Agile Personal Assistant to join their Business Support Hub (BSH) in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to excel in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the Business Support Hub.
  • Effectively manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for senior management.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.
  • Collaborate with teams across various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data management effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience in regulated industries is a strong advantage.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Relevant qualification in business administration or similar field will be an advantage.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Offer: R15,000 – R20,000 per month.
