Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional? Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Paralegal/Legal Secretary specializing in contract management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a premier global performance brand in Durbanville, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Handle contract management duties including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts.
  • Manage the scheduling and organization of legal meetings and prepare agendas.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategies.
  • Maintain an effective filing system for confidential documents and information.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant legal qualification or certification as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a legal environment, preferably within contract management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail; proficiency in legal research and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Ability to communicate effectively with client and team members; adept at handling confidential information.

💰 Salary Insight

Official Offer: R360,000 per year.
