A leading company, Elev8 Recruitment, is currently seeking a dedicated Site Health & Safety Officer. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in the construction industry located in the beautiful Western Cape.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
- Provide health and safety training and guidance to staff and contractors.
- Develop and maintain safety programs and safety records.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, documenting and reporting findings.
Requirements
- Qualification: Relevant Health & Safety certification (SAMTRAC, Nebosh, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a health and safety role within the construction sector.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with South African health and safety legislation.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R30,000 per month.
