Exciting Opportunity: Receptionist in Johannesburg

A leading company, Staff Solutions, is currently seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist. This is a perfect opportunity to join a professional team in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to respective departments.
  • Organize and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
  • Perform administrative duties to support office activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar receptionist role is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Attributes: Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor.

💰 Salary Insight
