Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant in Cape Town

Are you an organized and proactive individual looking to make a difference? Persona Staff is currently seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant. This is a prime opportunity to join a dynamic team in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management effectively, including managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations to assist in meetings and decision-making processes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries for executives.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient office environment, managing supplies and office organization.

Requirements

  • Education: Matric is essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a professional setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong organizational abilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to multitask.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R15,000 – R25,000 per month.
