Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a talent pipeline that reflects the lodge’s luxury standard.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee performance management processes and ensure staff are supported in achieving their objectives.

Requirements
- Qualification: A relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in other HR roles, preferably in hospitality.
