A leading company, The Legends Agency, is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Call Handlers & Customer Service Agents. This fully remote position supports UK Government Energy Efficiency Programs, offering a unique opportunity to work from South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle incoming calls and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the administration and coordination of energy efficiency programs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service level agreements and targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communication preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in CRM software.
- Availability: Must be able to work UK hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm).
- Location: Must reside in South Africa.
💰 Salary Insight
Official Offer: R15,500 – R19,000 per month.
