Exciting Opportunity: Client Onboarding Coordinator in South Africa

A leading company, ISTA Solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated Client Onboarding Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our US-based clients. This is a prime opportunity to work remotely while contributing to our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality services, resolving queries swiftly and effectively.
  • Coordinate documentation and processes for new client integrations, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured.
  • Utilize technical skills to navigate systems and ensure data integrity throughout the onboarding process.
  • Train clients on using the company’s services, ensuring they have a thorough understanding from day one.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Proven experience in client onboarding, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook with basic computer skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a client-centered focus.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month.
