A leading recruitment firm, Danté Personnel Recruitment, is looking for a dedicated Office Manager/ Personal Assistant to join their team in Pretoria, Gauteng. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about providing administrative support, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide personal and administrative support to management, managing diaries and correspondence effectively.
  • Oversee supply management and general administration tasks to maintain office efficiency.
  • Assist in project management by preparing necessary documents and reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring clear communication across teams.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Relevant degree or diploma in office administration or management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager or personal assistant.
