Exciting Opportunity: Admin Controller/2IC/Assistant Store Manager in Worcester

A leading company, Edgray Distributors (Pty) Ltd t/a JUMBO, is currently searching for a dedicated Admin Controller/2IC/Assistant Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable team in Worcester, Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all cash ups balance with the bank and that cash floats are properly accounted for.
  • Maintain security protocols, ensuring the drop safe is always locked and the key is securely managed.
  • Oversee the cash handling processes during shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide training and support to staff regarding cash control and management procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement efficient operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a retail management or financial control role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in Finance, Business Management, or similar fields are preferable.
  • Character: A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.

💰 Salary Insight

Estimated Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month.
