Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and deliver top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events, to create a diverse talent pool.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability aligning with company standards.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in recruitment, preferably within retail or corporate sectors.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; strong negotiation skills.
- Qualifications: Degree in Human Resource Management or related field is advantageous.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
